1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, purchasing, or using any product, service, diagnostic, or intellectual property (“Services”) provided by Predicate Leadership™, The Predicate Leadership CEO OS™, The Predicate Drift Diagnosis™, BrandClarityOS™, or any related entity (collectively, “Company”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”).

2. NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE

The Company provides leadership diagnostics, identity architecture, narrative analysis, interpretive frameworks, and organizational clarity systems.
The Services are not:

  • psychological counseling

  • therapy

  • financial advisory

  • legal advice

  • HR or employment compliance services

  • medical or clinical services

You acknowledge that all decisions made based on the Services are solely your responsibility.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & NARRATIVE SOVEREIGNTY™ PROTECTION

All content, materials, diagnostics, frameworks, terminology, concepts, diagrams, reports, systems, and interpretive methodologies — including but not limited to:

  • Predicate Leadership™

  • Predicate Drift Diagnosis™

  • Predicate Intelligence CEO OS™

  • Narrative Sovereignty™

  • Drift Dynamics™

  • Decision Geometry™

  • Identity Architecture™

  • BrandClarityOS™

  • All proprietary questions, scoring systems, reports, language, and visual structures

(collectively, “Intellectual Property”)

are protected under U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.

3.1 No Reproduction or Teaching

You may not:

  • reproduce

  • copy

  • license

  • distribute

  • teach

  • record

  • translate

  • reverse engineer

  • extract concepts or frameworks

  • use the language, diagrams, or models for training, consulting, coaching, or advisory purposes

without explicit, written permission from the Company.

3.2 Narrative Sovereignty™ Clause

You acknowledge that the Company maintains absolute ownership of:

  • the interpretive architecture

  • diagnostic scoring logic

  • narrative frameworks

  • decision field structures

  • OS installation methodology

  • all derivative insights or outputs generated through the Services

Regardless of customization or personalization, all interpretive structures remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

Any attempt to replicate, reinterpret, modify, or teach the Company’s frameworks — directly or indirectly — is strictly prohibited.

4. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate information in all diagnostic forms.

  2. Use the Services solely for your internal leadership development.

  3. Maintain confidentiality of any reports or outputs provided.

  4. Not share your login credentials.

Any violation may result in immediate termination of Services without refund.

5. PURCHASES, PAYMENTS & NO-REFUND POLICY

All purchases — including Tier 1: Predicate Drift Diagnosis™ and any subsequent tiers or custom engagements — are non-refundable.

You acknowledge:

  • digital diagnostics constitute intellectual goods

  • the Company begins interpretive processing immediately

  • all Sales are final

If a payment fails or is reversed, access to Services will be suspended until the issue is resolved.

6. DELIVERY OF SERVICES

For Tier 1 Diagnostic Services:

  • Delivery of the personalized Predicate Drift Report™ typically occurs within 72 hours after all required data is submitted.

  • Delivery times may vary based on complexity or volume.

The Company reserves the right to request additional clarification or context before generating a report.

7. CONFIDENTIALITY

The Company agrees to keep your submissions confidential except when:

  • required by law

  • necessary to deliver Services

  • protecting its intellectual property

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding:

  • proprietary language

  • diagnostics

  • reporting structures

  • terminology

  • diagrams

  • interpretive analysis

  • OS methodologies

You may NOT share your personalized report publicly or use it in media, training, or PR without permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for:

  • business outcomes

  • financial losses

  • staffing decisions

  • operational changes

  • delays or errors in interpretation

  • CEO or organizational decisions made after receiving Services

The Services are interpretive tools, not guarantees.

The Company’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant Service.

9. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

You acknowledge that leadership transformation, narrative shifts, or organizational clarity outcomes vary based on:

  • CEO readiness

  • internal culture

  • implementation capacity

  • identity integrity

  • environmental conditions

  • executive behavior

No results are promised or guaranteed.

10. PRIVACY POLICY

Your use of the Services is also governed by the Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of {{Insert}} without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
