1. OVERVIEW

This Purchase Policy governs all purchases of Tier 1: The Predicate Drift Diagnosis™, including:

  • diagnostic questionnaires

  • interpretive scoring

  • VP Index™ calculations

  • Drift Cost Calculator™

  • Drift Profile outputs

  • Personalized Predicate Drift Report™

  • any related digital or interpretive deliverables

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.


2. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE

All Tier 1 purchases are final and non-refundable.

Why?

Tier 1 is a digital, interpretive, intellectual property–based diagnostic that begins processing immediately upon submission.

Your payment covers:

  • proprietary diagnostic access

  • interpretive labor

  • internal analysis

  • OS-level scoring

  • preparation of your personalized report

  • confidential handling of organizational and leadership data

Once purchased, the diagnostic cannot be “returned” or un-processed.
Therefore, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or credits will be granted under any circumstance.


3. DIAGNOSTIC DELIVERY TIMELINE

After completing all required forms, the Company will deliver your Personalized Predicate Drift Report™ within:

→ 72 hours (3 business days)

Delivery may vary depending on:

  • completeness of your submission

  • complexity of organizational context

  • volume of data

  • system or scheduling constraints

If additional information is needed, the Company may request clarification to improve diagnostic accuracy. This may extend delivery time.


4. WHAT YOUR PURCHASE INCLUDES

Your Tier 1 purchase grants access to:

  2. Velocity–Pressure Ratio Test™

  3. Organizational Drift Detection Matrix

  4. Drift Cost Calculator™

  5. Personalized Predicate Drift Report™

The report includes:

  • Drift Severity Score

  • VP Index™

  • Drift Type (A–E classification)

  • Organizational Drift Pattern

  • Root-cause interpretation

  • Cost of Drift analysis

  • Recommended Correction Path

  • Eligibility for Tier 2


5. WHAT YOUR PURCHASE DOES NOT INCLUDE

Tier 1 does not include:

  • coaching

  • consulting

  • advisory meetings

  • team workshops

  • implementation

  • OS installation

  • additional assessments

  • access to other tiers

Tier 1 is a diagnostic, not a service engagement.


6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP

All components of the diagnostic — including:

  • questions

  • structures

  • scoring

  • models

  • naming systems

  • reports

  • interpretations

  • diagrams

  • narrative analysis

  • decision geometry language

are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

You may not:

  • reproduce

  • distribute

  • modify

  • teach

  • embed into organizational training

  • reverse engineer

  • translate

  • repurpose for consulting or coaching

any portion of the materials.

This diagnostic is provided for your personal leadership development only.


7. CONFIDENTIALITY OF SUBMISSIONS

All diagnostic data submitted by you is treated as confidential and will only be used for:

  • generating your Predicate Drift Report™

  • internal quality improvement

  • system accuracy enhancement

We do not disclose or publish your responses.


8. CEO RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

  1. Provide accurate and complete information.

  2. Complete all diagnostic components in good faith.

  3. Maintain confidentiality of the report and intellectual property.

  4. Not misuse or misrepresent the diagnostic outputs.

Failure to uphold these responsibilities may result in restricted access to future services.


9. ELIGIBILITY FOR TIER 2

Completion of Tier 1 does not guarantee acceptance into Tier 2 or Tier 3.

Eligibility is determined by:

  • CEO readiness

  • emotional range

  • drift type

  • organizational feasibility

  • identity stability

  • interpretive capacity

  • willingness to engage OS-level transformation

The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any CEO or organization.


10. DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

By making a purchase, you waive the right to:

  • initiate chargebacks

  • dispute charges with payment processors

  • request refunds through third-party channels

Attempted chargebacks will be challenged with:

  • this Purchase Policy

  • proof of diagnostic access

  • timestamps of data submission

  • intellectual property delivery logs

All disputes must follow the arbitration process outlined in our Terms of Use.


11. GOVERNING LAW

This Purchase Policy is governed by the laws of the State of {{Insert State}}.
